Orders placed through MI Enterprises are verified by our team before dispatch. Delivery availability depends on the destination, product, quantity and suitable transport arrangements.

Verification and payment

We call to verify the ordered items, stock and destination or pickup arrangements. Checkout shows the configured delivery charge for your region and any qualifying shipping offer. Excluded products do not count towards an offer threshold; once eligible products qualify, the offer covers the complete mixed cart. Advance-payment delivery requires full advance payment before dispatch; COD is payable on delivery. Pickup has no delivery fee and requires confirmation before collection. An order receipt is not proof of payment. Pay advances only to official details confirmed by our team.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

The team confirms the expected dispatch and delivery arrangements for your order. We do not advertise a single guaranteed delivery period or free delivery for every location. Large batteries, panels and other heavy or fragile items may require special handling or collection arrangements.

Courier, weather or route disruptions can affect estimates. Contact us with your order reference if a delivery appears delayed. We will help check its status with the relevant delivery channel.

Address and receipt of goods

Provide a complete address and reachable recipient number. Check the number of packages and visible condition on receipt where practical. Report a wrong, missing or visibly damaged item promptly and retain the packaging for review. A delivery photograph or unboxing recording can help assessment; the absence of a video alone does not remove applicable legal rights.

Installation and warranty

Product delivery does not include installation, lifting, mounting, commissioning or electrical work unless the agreed quotation specifically includes it. Equipment warranty claims follow the relevant company's authorised service process. Please read our returns & refunds and warranty policies before paying.
