Warranty

Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Warranty coverage at MI Enterprises / Fazel-e-Madina Solar House is specific to the product, model, serial number and supply channel. A brand name alone does not establish a warranty duration or an entitlement to replacement.

Manufacturer warranty and service centres

Solar products that carry an applicable company warranty are supported through that company or its authorised service centres. The company assesses eligibility and determines any repair, replacement or other warranty remedy under its own terms.

We supply equipment and can help you identify the relevant claim channel and purchase documents. We do not provide a separate store repair, replacement or performance warranty unless expressly stated in writing for the item. Company assessment, approval and service timing remain with the relevant company. This allocation of warranty administration does not exclude responsibilities for our own sale or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Check the exact product's coverage

Read the product's warranty details and your invoice. A displayed period, such as five years, refers to the applicable written coverage; it does not necessarily mean every component, labour, transport or every type of damage is covered for that period. Where details have not been confirmed, ask our team before paying.

Some brands provide official online warranty or serial-number verification. Where available, check the unit using that brand's official website or service channel and complete any required registration. Online checks are brand-specific and are not available for every product. Do not enter your serial number on an unverified third-party website.

Direct imports and items without warranty

Selected gadgets, accessories and other items are imported directly from China. These items do not carry a warranty from our store unless we expressly state a written warranty for the specific item. Imported origin alone does not establish local manufacturer support. Confirm coverage and any inspection arrangements before purchase. The absence of a voluntary store warranty does not remove applicable rights concerning a misdescribed, incorrectly supplied or legally defective item.

How to start a claim

  1. Keep the original invoice or order reference, model and serial number, plus any warranty card or registration record.
  2. Record the fault or error code and take clear photographs where safe. Do not continue using equipment that appears unsafe.
  3. Use the brand's official claim channel or contact our team for directions to the appropriate authorised service centre.
  4. Follow the company's inspection, packing and submission instructions. Confirm any assessment, transport, removal, reinstallation or out-of-warranty charges before authorising work.

Coverage conditions and exclusions

The exact written warranty governs. Companies may exclude damage from incorrect installation, incompatible batteries or settings, overload, electrical surges, water, impact, tampering, unauthorised repairs or altered serial labels. These examples do not replace the brand's actual terms or establish that a particular claim will be rejected.

Battery cycle, temperature, depth-of-discharge, registration and operating conditions can differ from inverter warranty conditions. System installation and workmanship are covered only to the extent separately agreed in writing; an equipment warranty does not itself create an installation-service warranty.
