These terms apply when you use MI Enterprises, the online storefront of Fazel-e-Madina Solar House, or submit an order or enquiry through this website. Read them together with our returns & refunds, warranty, delivery and privacy policies.

1. Order requests and verification

Submitting an order creates an order request and reference number. It does not by itself confirm payment, reserve stock indefinitely or complete acceptance of the sale. Our team calls you to verify your contact details, the exact products, stock availability, final amount and delivery arrangements before proceeding.

Provide an accurate name, reachable phone number and complete delivery address. Tell us promptly if anything changes. If we cannot verify an order or an item is unavailable, we will discuss the available options rather than substitute a different model without your agreement.

2. Checkout payment methods

Choose from the methods currently offered at checkout: advance-payment delivery, cash on delivery (COD), or pickup from store. Full advance payment is required before dispatch when advance-payment delivery is selected. COD orders are payable on delivery. For pickup, our team confirms stock, collection time and payment arrangements before your visit. We verify the order and any separately agreed services by phone. Pay advances only to official details confirmed by our team.

Website order receipts acknowledge your request; they are not proof that payment has been received. Keep the payment reference and sales invoice. We do not ask you to share a bank password, card PIN or one-time banking security code.

3. Prices, availability and product information

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees where listed. Stock, supplier prices and offers can change. Any correction or change must be explained before you pay; if a paid order cannot be fulfilled on the agreed terms, we will discuss a remedy or refund for the unfulfilled supply.

Check the exact model, rated AC output, supported battery type, phase, voltage and included accessories. A product's PV input rating is not necessarily its usable inverter output. Images may illustrate a range; confirm the actual supplied model and contents with our team.

4. Comparisons, home-load estimates and Solar Dost

Our comparison pages, guides, home-load estimates and chatbot use catalog information and the inputs supplied. They may contain mistakes, omissions or estimates and are not a site survey, an engineering certification or a guarantee of backup time, energy savings or compatibility.

Have a qualified installer verify system design, protection, wiring and installation conditions before equipment is fitted. Confirm important specifications, price and warranty with our team and the manufacturer's documentation.

5. Returns and manufacturer warranty

We do not operate a store return or exchange programme for change of mind after sale. Eligible manufacturing-defect and warranty claims follow the relevant company's assessment and authorised service process. Direct imports may have no store warranty. See the exact item's written terms and our linked policies before purchasing.

Manufacturer service decisions, remedy and timing are administered by that company under its applicable warranty. We can help identify the appropriate claim route; we do not issue an additional store warranty unless it is expressly agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms removes obligations relating to our own sale or any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery charges, expected dispatch and collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed for your order. Installation, commissioning, mounting materials and related work are included only if expressly listed in the agreed quotation or invoice.

7. Accounts, reviews and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials and authenticator recovery codes private. Use your own contact details and submit genuine reviews and enquiries. Do not upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, misuse security codes or interfere with the website. Reviews are moderated before publication.

A seller registration is an application for our team to review; it does not automatically create a public store or approve product listings.

8. Concerns and changes

Contact our team with your order or product reference so we can review a concern. These terms are intended for our business in Pakistan and remain subject to applicable law and the competent consumer or judicial authorities. Updates apply prospectively; an update does not retrospectively remove agreed rights for an earlier purchase.
